The Proxy Redirector application is designed to allow you to use Surfola
and other sites even when the site may be blocked by your network administrator or your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) should be configured
to load pages through the Surfola Proxy Redirector software rather than trying to load the pages
directly. Our software will then route the request through one of a
collection of proxy servers when Surfola cannot be accessed directly.
Proxy Redirector 1.0 is a Windows application and requires that you have
some version of Windows running on your computer. ('95, '98, NT, 2000, ME, or XP)
To install the software, you simply need to download the software from
our site and then run the installation program.

How does it work?
Numerous proxy servers around the Internet are available to route traffic. Our
software uses these servers to load pages into your browser rather then loading
them directly from the site. This allows you to view sites that may be blocked
from the computer you are using.
However, since these proxy servers are not fully reliable and often come and go,
our software helps to ensure you have a working connection. Proxy
Redirector 1.0 filters through the available proxies looking for working proxies
and finds those that perform best. The list of available proxies is automatically
updated daily.
